TPA Cancellation

& No-Show Policy

You will be billed for any reservation that is not canceled timely, or for your failure to attend any meeting that results in TPA paying for that reservation pursuant to TPA Standing Rules, Article 4, Section C, subparagraph 2. If a reservation is made for you by someone else and YOU fail to timely cancel this reservation or attend the meeting and TPA is charged, YOU will be billed for the cost.
