*For Members Only: If you do not wish to eat dinner, the charge for the CLE is $10.00

Reservation Deadline: 12:00 Noon – Thursday, January 5, 2012  
For reservations made after the deadline, the cost is $ 30.00/$ 40.00

Touch of Italy dinner table which includes: Classic Caesar salad and antipasto salad; linguine pasta with marinara and alfredo sauce; beef lasagna and stuffed shells with marinara; warm seasoned breadsticks; and crisp mini cream filled cannoli dusted with powered sugar.
Meal includes: coffee, iced tea and water.

We cannot handle any special dietary considerations on behalf of an individual; therefore any special dietary considerations will need to be handled by the individual directly with the facility. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: 

You will be billed for any reservation that is not canceled timely, or for your failure to attend any meeting that results in TPA paying for that reservation pursuant to TPA Standing Rules, Article 4, Section C, subparagraph 2. If a reservation is made for you by someone else and YOU fail to timely cancel this reservation or attend the meeting and TPA is charged, YOU will be billed for the cost.

HANDOUTS, if any, provided by our speakers are proprietary and only available to those persons attending the CLE.
